Instruct Me

Fees

Fees for a senior barrister are normally a function of the hours spent in preparation, the number of days spent in court (where applicable), and the importance and complexity of the case. Thus, fees can only ever be calculated on a case by case basis.

Tim or his clerk will be pleased to discuss these directly and informally with the solicitor and/or the client.

Public / Direct Access

It is now also possible, depending on the case, to instruct a barrister directly without the need first to instruct a solicitor. This is widely known as Public Access Barrister or Direct Access Barrister services.

Enquire

If you are interested in instructing me or to find out more, please contact me.

All instructions from authorised persons (i.e. solicitors firms) are accepted on the basis of the Standard Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012.
